How Does it Work?
Each Potty Park™ comes with an attractant spray that lets your dog know this is where to relieve themselves. Simply place Potty Park™ where you wish your dog to relieve itself. When your dog urinates on the grass surface the liquid drains through perforated holes and is channeled into a large reservoir located inside the Potty Park™. Simply empty daily contents at your convenience. When your dog defecates on Potty Park™, remove the waste at your earliest convenience as if you were at the park.
Potty Park’s™ Antimicrobial/Antibacterial polyethylene build materials ensure a clean and safe product for you and your dog and your entire household.. Potty Park™ is resistant to odors, bacteria, moisture absorption, fungi, and mold.

Training
Place the Potty Park™ where you would like your dog(s) to go toilet on a consistent basis.
Spray the grass surface with 3-4 sprays of the attractant training spray. This will rapidly speed up the training / familiarization process.
If you’re training a new puppy, remember they may need a little extra help as they don’t have full control over their bladder yet. Puppies will need to relieve themselves after eating/drinking, sleeping and during times of excitement. For a sure fire way of getting your little pup use to the Potty Park™, simply place them on the Potty Park™ as soon as they wake up when their bladders are full and tell them your potty command word. This will help associate the command & Potty Park™ unit with going potty.
As your dog(s) begin using Potty Park™, remember to be encouraging and supportive when your dog(s) use Potty Park™ correctly. Treats or exaggerated praise are a great way to reward and encourage your dog(s) to continue using Potty Park™. Remember your dog wants to please you, let them know that using the Potty Park™ pleases you and they will continue to do so out of habit.
Please note that most puppies usually take to the Potty Park™ within their first few days, while dogs 1+ years of age typically take 1 to 2 weeks to fully adjust to the Potty Park™.
Maintenance
Daily:
Rinse the surface of your Potty Park Dog Grass™ and reservoir as required, then spray Potty Park Dog Grass™ (surface and back) and surface of the Potty Park™ base unit and reservoir with Clean + Green product cleaner as directed on the bottle.
Or
Rinse the surface of your Potty Park Dog Grass™, base unit and reservoir with cold water until liquid contents within the reservoir appear clear.
Weekly:
Place Potty Park Dog Grass™ into a king sized pillow case (make sure to tie the end of the bag before washing) and wash by itself with 1 cup (8 oz.) of laundry detergent with bleach or 1 cap of any laundry detergent and 1 cup (8 oz.) of liquid bleach in cold water on the gentle cycle in the washing machine. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!
Or
Hose down the Potty Park™ unit and Potty Park Dog Grass™ for several minutes until runoff water appears clear. Spray Potty Park Dog Grass™ (surface and back) and the surface of the Potty Park™ base unit with Clean + Green product cleaner as directed as directed on the bottle.
