Is Potty Park™ hard to clean? What will I have to do?
Not at all. Potty Park™ is antimicrobial, it is actually the easiest dog potty to keep clean.
Daily: Spray Potty Park Dog Grass™ and the surface of the Potty Park™ unit with Clean + Green product cleaner as directed on the bottle.
Or
Rinse the surface of your Potty Park Dog Grass™, base unit and reservoir with cold water until liquid contents within the reservoir appear clear.
Weekly: Place Potty Park Dog Grass™ into a king sized pillowcase and wash by itself in cold water on the gentle cycle.
Or
Hose down the Potty Park™ unit and Potty Park Dog Grass™ for several minutes until runoff water appears clear. Spray Potty Park Dog Grass™ (surface and back) and the surface of the Potty Park™ base unit with Clean + Green product cleaner as directed as directed on the bottle.
But it’s a toilet for dogs, doesn’t Potty Park™ have odor issues like other dog potties?

What is anti-microbial protection and why is it so important?
Our anti-microbial protection gives the Potty Park™ an added level of protection against microbes such as stain and odor causing bacteria, dangerous viruses, mold, fungi and mildew.
When microbes come into contact with the surface of the Potty Park™, our anti-microbial technology penetrates the cell wall of the micro-organism and disrupts cell functions making the micro-organism unable to function, grow and reproduce.
Potty Park’s™ anti-microbial protection allows for the Potty Park™ to be much easier to clean than the many dog potty’s without it.

How does Potty Park™ work?
Potty Park™ consists of a synthetic grass surface which sits on top of a channeled sub-floor to allow urine/water drainage into the Large reservoir container below. Your dog simply does their business on the inviting synthetic grass surface where urine will drain into the reservoir container and fecal matter will rest on top of the grass surface for convenient removal.
How much does Potty Park™ weigh?
The Small Potty Park™ weighs 10 lbs and the Large Potty Park™ weighs 20 lbs.
Is Potty Park™ only for dogs?
Although Potty Park™ has been designed for dogs, many different animals can benefit from it such as cats, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, and various reptiles, etc. The inviting synthetic grass surface provides an excellent play area for smaller pets.
Is Potty Park™ portable?
Due to Potty Park’s™ light weight (10lbs small / 16lbs Large) and self contained design, the system is completely portable. Potty Park’s™ indoor/outdoor functionality makes it perfect anywhere you and your dog need it!

Why is Potty Park™ the best dog potty in the world?
Potty Park™ is made from Antimicrobial Polyethylene which is an excellent manufacturing material for any food and human or animal related product as it is FDA (Food & Drug Administration), NSF (National Science Foundation), and USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) approved for direct human contact. Antimicrobial Polyethylene is resistant to the acidity of urine and the accompanying smell, ensuring a long-lasting and hygienic product. Antimicrobial Polyethylene’s non-porous surface will prevent fleas and ticks from burrowing into material and incubating. Build material allows for minimal product maintenance and cleaning.
Do I have to assemble anything?
Potty Park™ comes fully assembled out of the box. No assembly required!
Do I still have to walk my dog?
Potty Park™ is a location for your dog to relieve themselves. Potty Park™ is by no means a replacement or substitute for walking & exercising your dog! Potty Park™ provides your dog with a place to go when there is nowhere to go.
Does Potty Park™ include a warranty?
Potty Park™ is protected by a 5 year limited warranty against:
- Rotting.
- Warping of the units or parts.
- Structural defects during manufacturing.
Should any of these occur, Eco Pet Solutions, Inc. will replace your unit with a new one.
