If you and your dog are not 100% satisfied with your Potty Park™, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund (less S&H and a 20% inspection/restocking fee).
Potty Park™ is protected by a 5 year limited warranty against:
- Rotting
- Warping of the unit or plastic parts
- Structural defects in assembly of the Potty Park™
Should any of these occur, Potty Park™ will repair or replace you unit. Returns and exchanges will be processed once Eco Pet Solutions, Inc. receives the said item.
* Shipping costs and the 20% inspection/restocking fee are the responsibility of the customer.
* As the Potty Park™ line of products are hygienic products, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges of any products that have been urinated or defecated upon.
